ReRent is an on-demand property-management platform that makes it as easy to share your space on sites like Airbnb or VRBO as it is to book a place. We believe you should only have to pay rent when you’re at home, so we've made it possible for anyone to sublet effortlessly and profitably, meaning scores of underutilized homes can be monetized. We’ve begun by helping off-campus students avoid debt and recoup thousands in wasted rent by monetizing their apartments during the 40% of the year they're away, a $56B opportunity.

Since launching in fall 2018, ReRent has been recognized by Dorm Room Fund, Harlem Capital, & First Round Capital. In a successful pilot at Yale in 2019, ReRent generated 100K in revenue in 6 months of rental time. In 2020, ReRent was selected by Yale as a part of the Tsai CITY Summer Fellowship, and at the end of 2021 ReRent completed the ultra-competitive Techstars Accelerator.
